Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across our coaches, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas to meet high hygiene standards.
- Handle trash removal and recycling processes efficiently to keep the environment tidy.
- Use janitorial equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and cleaning solutions safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols enhances performance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
