Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead who combines development expertise with mentoring/leadership. Line Management across a small Full Stack team and dotted line management across the wider Technical and Support teams in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions
- Own end-to-end integration and interoperability across platforms
- Champion best practices, tools, and continuous improvement
- Stay hands-on with development and technical problem-solving
- Mentor and empower engineers to perform at their best
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Ensure quality, compliance, and smooth delivery of projects
Experience
- 4+ years building production applications with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience with Java, J2EE and relational databases
- 1+ years in a Technical Lead (or similar) role (leading a team)
- Experience delivering cloud-native solutions in AWS (including CDK)
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of secure, scalable system design
- Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Pay: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
