We are currently seeking a self-driven, ambitious, and hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead our 53-bedroom hotel in Doncaster. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a General Manager, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all hotel operations, ensuring commercial success, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
- Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, OKRs, and effective financial management.
- Implement innovative operational strategies aligned with AG Hotels’ vision.
- Monitor market trends, guest feedback, and performance data to enhance service and revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and operational standards.
- Oversee property maintenance in collaboration with the central support team.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
- Champion integrity, lead by example, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar property.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a passion for guest experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
