About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic individual to become a key member of our small and talented team. At WithPrint, we collaborate with some of the world’s leading companies and brands to create stunning printed materials and immersive spaces. Experience in large format print or sign making would be an advantage, but we are happy to provide training for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain large format printers, CNC router, vinyl cutter, and laminator
- Work as part of a small team ensuring projects are completed to deadline and to a consistently high standard
- Mount and apply vinyl graphics onto a variety of substrates
- Manufacture signs and printed products using a range of materials including Dibond, acrylics, metals, wood, vinyl, and Foamex
- Accurately interpret job sheets and artwork with a strong understanding of different signage and manufacturing techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment and adhere to health and safety best practices
What We’re Looking For
- A professional, positive attitude with flexibility and great organisation skills
- Strong communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with SwissQ / Mimaki large format printers, Tekcel CNC routers, vinyl plotters, and laminators is beneficial — but training can be provided
- Good working knowledge of RIP software
- Competent using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of sign systems and installation techniques
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- A clear understanding of the importance of health and safety
Salary
Negotiable dependant on experience.
