A well-established law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor / Associate to join its growing team in Wolverhampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join a supportive team handling a varied and meaningful caseload of Court of Protection matters.
Key responsibilities
- Managing Court of Protection files from instruction through to completion
- Handling Deputyship Applications and ongoing Deputyship administration
- Managing LPA administration
- Setting up and administering Personal Injury Trusts
- Supporting vulnerable clients and their families with empathy and professionalism
- Working closely with senior colleagues and the wider team
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-4 years' PQE
- Experience in Court of Protection
- Strong Court of Protection / Private Client experience will also be considered
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
