Redwood Care Solutions Limited is a CIW Registered Domiciliary Care Company operating in Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot, Llanelli and Ammanford Areas.
We are seeking Domiciliary Care Workers & Mental Health Support Workers to join our Team to provide support to service users in their homes. We offer flexible shift patterns for you to work around your personal life commitments.
- Provide support and assistance to Vulnerable Adults who may be Elderly, Disabilities or living with Mental Health & Brain Injuries
- Assist with daily living activities in their own homes, such as personal Care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
- Previous experience working with Vulnerable Adults is preferred but not essential. Full Training is provided

Essential:
