Job Overview
HAVN is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista & Bartender to join our vibrant Front of House team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffee and cocktails, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic café and cocktail bar environment, supporting both daytime coffee service and evening drinks service. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and professionalism.
Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, cocktails, and other drinks in line with HAVN standards
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee and bar areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist with light food preparation when required
- Operate the till and handle payments accurately
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when supplies are low
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2year Barista experience (essential)
- Minimum 13year Bartender experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and cocktail making
- Experience working in a busy café, bar, or restaurant
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Food safety certificate (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.75-£13.33 per hour
