Property Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Hours:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Week 2: One weekday off, with Saturday working 10:00am – 1:00pm

The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive exceptional service while maintaining compliance and high property standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of residential properties from start to finish.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Obtain quotations, instruct contractors and monitor works through to completion.
- Ensure Gas Safety Certificates are kept up to date.
- Monitor and arrange Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) to ensure compliance.
- Schedule and manage routine property inspections.
- Audit completed inspections and ensure follow-up actions are carried out.
- Respond to maintenance enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate property records and compliance documentation.
- Support the wider office team with day-to-day property management duties.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure all managed properties remain compliant with current legislation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in property management or estate agency is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
