Priory Hospital East Midlands, located between Nottingham and Mansfield, is a 28-bedded specialist acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) service for adult females. You will be working across the wards at the Hospital
You will provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that supports recovery and positive outcomes. Working closely within a multidisciplinary team, you will offer psychological consultation and expertise to colleagues, contribute to formulation-led care planning and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions across the service.
You will also provide clinical supervision and guidance to psychologists, assistant psychologists and trainees, helping to develop a psychologically informed culture. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will contribute to service development, audit, quality improvement and clinical governance activities, ensuring the continued delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care.

- For a consultant post, you are required to have 6 years of post-qualification experience
