NOWHERE is an exciting venue in the heart of Holmfirth, where freshly prepared seasonal dishes are at the heart of our menu. We are now looking for a Sous Chef join our kitchen team.
As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with the freshest ingredients. In addition to the restaurant, NOWHERE has a nano-brewery, we make our own sodas including kombucha, has an art gallery showcasing local artists, holds events such as live music, and a cinema room.
We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, multi-task and work efficiently, whilst growing and developing their skills as the business progresses. You should be passionate about delivering fresh, healthy and natural food for an enjoyable customer experience, with the ability to work well within a small team.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping to run the kitchen with our team
- Providing the best food experience
- Prepping and cooking our regularly changing menu, including baking
- The opportunity to help create and develop seasonal specials
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene at all times, adhering to HACCP
- Opening & closing duties
Weekend work essential.
- All tips shared amongst staff based on hours worked.
Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour
