The Role:
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Deputy Manager. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the venue, lead shifts, and help keep standards tight across service, safety, and operations.
This is a hands-on role, so you’ll need to bring energy, organisation and a steady approach to supporting the General Manager and wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and support the General Manager with daily operations.
- Motivate and support the team across all departments.
- Handle cash, complete end-of-day procedures, and support stock control.
- Deliver excellent customer service and be a visible presence on the floor.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
- Contribute to commercial performance through good planning and team engagement.
Your Profile:
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality, leisure or retail.
- Reliable, organised, and able to lead by example.
- Confident with stock, cash and closing procedures.
- Personal licence holder preferred, or willing to work towards it.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
