Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying rubbish bins and managing recycling procedures.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution.
- Support deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including early mornings.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and equipment safety protocols is a plus.
