Three Beans Café is a proudly independent, 5‑star rated business that has been operating for over a year. Thanks to our continued success, we’re now expanding and opening our second shop in Holmfirth. We’re a growing brand built on quality food, warm service, and creating memorable experiences for every customer.
We’re looking for a loyal, experienced Cook who wants to grow with us and be part of something genuinely special. If you take pride in your craft, enjoy working in a fast‑paced kitchen, and want to help shape a premium café concept, this role is for you.
About the Role
Hours: 4 minimum working days at 8:00am – 4:00pm (30‑minute unpaid break each day),
Pay: £13.00 per hour Start: ASAP Breakfast service: 9:00am – 12:00pm Lunch service: Hot pies, cold plates, and more from 12:00pm onwards
You’ll prepare high‑quality dishes that blend traditional English comfort food with a Cypriot twist. Our kitchen is newly equipped, clean, and designed for smooth, efficient service. You’ll work closely with the team to maintain high standards in presentation, flavour, and consistency.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
- Relevant food safety qualifications
- Strong eye for food presentation and detail
- Passion for quality, flavour, and consistency
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive work ethic
- Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Flexibility — opening, closing, and occasional front‑of‑house support
- Driving licence required — occasional stock needed (mileage and expenses claimable)
- Mainly based at our Huddersfield café, with occasional travel to Holmfirth
Training & Progression
You’ll receive part‑time training when starting (20 hours per week for 4 weeks) with our current chef. Once they transition to our new Holmfirth site, you will move into full‑time hours and take the lead at our Huddersfield kitchen.
