Retail Shift Manager - Stevenson of Oxbridge, Stockton on Tees
As a Shift Manager, your role is to add value to the site and support the management team to improve processes. Along with this you will be responsible for locking up the site on and evening whilst managing the shift to a very high standard so that the site runs smoothly at all times.
Our stores are open 364 days per year, 6am – 11pm. This role will be shifts over these times

Key duties:
- Ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded by delivering excellence through retail and colleagues.
- Support the Site and Assistant Manager to recruit, lead and develop your team.
- Support the local community
- Support with key operational tasks, reconciliation of cash loss, producing staffing rotas, attendance reports, supporting with investigations, Stock reconciliation, support with store audits.
- Ensure that the store operates safely and legally.
