Avia Technique, a growing aviation safety specialist based in Wokingham, Berkshire, is looking for someone to join our busy Logistics team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for this role to become permanent.
We are seeking an experienced delivery driver to complete collections and deliveries across the South East, operating from our busy Wokingham facility. We have a small fleet of vehicles including panel vans and a curtain-side box van.
The successful applicant will have at least 2 years’ professional driving experience and a strong knowledge of the major road network in the South East.
In addition to transport duties, you will also support the Logistics team with general tasks such as packing goods and delivering items to technical workshops onsite.
Requirements:
- Manual driving licence valid in the UK – essential
- Experience of driving 3.5t vehicle - essential
- Proven professional driving experience – essential
- Good attention to detail – essential
- Strong spoken and written communication skills – essential
Avia Technique has an excellent track record in training and development. While this role is initially fixed term, but be believe there could be opportunity to grow into a permanent position.
