Phonesurgery is one of the UK's fastest-growing phone and device repair specialists. We're known for quality repairs, straight-talking service, and a team that genuinely cares about customers. We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Uxbridge store.
The Role
This is a customer-facing sales role. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, selling repairs and accessories, and keeping the store running smoothly. No repair experience needed — full training given.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and handle walk-in and phone enquiries
- Sell repairs, accessories and services, and hit personal sales targets
- Process bookings and payments accurately
- Keep the shop floor tidy, stocked and presentable
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Support the wider team and store manager as needed
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year's retail or customer service experience
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable selling to customers
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable and able to commute to Uxbridge
What You'll Get
- £26,000-£29,000 per year
- Full-time, permanent role, 5-6 days a week on a rota, including weekends

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

- Uxbridge UB8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
