The Treehouse Club is an established and growing childcare organisation providing nursery, preschool, out-of-school and holiday club provision.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Accounts Assistant to join our busy Accounts Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in accounts and finance. Previous accounts experience is required. Working as part of our established Accounts Team, you will receive support and training while gaining hands-on experience across the day-to-day financial administration of a growing organisation.
Working 9am to 5pm with a 30 min unpaid lunch, this is a high bred role and requires 2 days in the office.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Accounts Team with day-to-day financial administration
- Processing and checking invoices
- Entering financial information accurately onto company systems
- Assisting with purchase and sales
- Supporting the reconciliation of payments and accounts
- Checking receipts, expenses and supporting documentation
- Responding to routine accounts queries
- Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
- Supporting with nursery fee and payment administration
- Assisting with credit control and outstanding account queries
- General administrative support to the wider Accounts Team
- Helping to ensure financial information is accurate and completed within required deadlines
