Lumbers Tree Surgery & Grounds Maintenance is a small, family-run business specializing in commercial grounds maintenance, garden maintenance and tree surgery. Working for both commercial and domestic clients, providing everything from routine grounds maintenance visits, garden maintenance , site clearance/garden clearance and tree surgery works. No two days are the same. Our rapid growth over the past few years means that we are now in need of new team members.
Job description
We are looking for an experienced grounds maintenance operative/gardener, previous experience is essential. Must be competent in the use of all garden maintenance machinery such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, strimmer's etc. A fair knowledge of plants is also essential. Clean driving license is essential. CS30+CS31 (grounds based chainsaw operations) tickets are very much preferred but defiantly not essential, same goes for PA1 and PA6 spraying license and safe use of a woodchipper tickets, preferred but not essential.
We are looking for a team member to help complete routine grounds maintenance visits, one-off garden job such as vegetation clearance works, hedge trimming/reductions etc and help out with the occasional tree job if needs be, dragging brash and chipping.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £100.00-£120.00 per day
