We're looking for **Seasonal Carcass Trimmers** to join our production team during the busy game season.
This is a hands-on role preparing carcasses to meet our quality standards before they move through the next stage of production. You'll be working alongside an experienced team in a busy environment where good teamwork, attention to detail, and taking pride in your work really matter.
Previous experience is a bonus, but it's not essential—we'll show you what you need to know.
## What You'll Be Doing
* Trimming and preparing game carcasses to our required standards
* Removing damaged or unwanted areas cleanly and efficiently
* Checking carcasses as you work and identifying anything that needs further attention
* Working at a steady pace while maintaining quality
* Keeping your work area, knives, and equipment clean and organised
* Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
* Working closely with the wider production team to keep everything moving
What We're Looking For
* A good eye for detail and quality
* Comfortable with practical, hands-on work
* Reliable and ready to get stuck in
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a chilled food-production environment
* Good awareness of hygiene and safe working practices
* Previous butchery, meat processing, food production, or game experience is helpful but **not essential**
* Full training will be provided
Hours & Contract
* Seasonal fixed-term contract
* Hours increase during our busiest periods
* Overtime available during peak season
* Seasonal work with the opportunity to return in future seasons
