O'Connors is a family run pub in the heart of Edinburgh serving up great quality food while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
We are looking for a CDP to join our kitchen team. Your role will be to prepare, cook and present high quality dishes in a fast paced environment. You will be required to assist the Head chef and manage junior staff in their absence. This is a great opportunity to work in a small team where you'll be involved in all aspects of kitchen management from creating menus and new dishes to assisting with health and safety and hygiene practices.
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
