- Proven experience as a Painter/Decorator, particularly in residential settings
- Ability to prepare surfaces prior to painting, including sanding and filling
- Knowledge of different paints, finishes, and application techniques
- Understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Relevant tools and own transportation preferred but not essential
