Assistant Manager Job Role
We’re hiring an Assistant Manager for busy Oxfordshire pub with a passion for outstanding customer service, to lead and nurture a large team.
Assistant Manager duties include staff rota's and day to day operations of the running of the pub.
Assistant Manager Requirments
* Previous experience working in high volume venues or looking to move to one
* Strong communication skills
* Good organisational skills
