A position is open in our company for a Trade Counter sales advisor
Working within the business your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Serving customers over the trade counter and via telephone
- Generating quotes for customers
- Providing excellent customer service and product advice
- Ordering stock
- Organising deliveries to customers
- Stock control and stock taking
- Warehouse duties
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday and on a rota for Saturdays. For the right candidate we would consider a part time position.
Essential:
Ideally the candidate will have had experience working within a plumbers' merchant. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of plumbing products and be able to identify products easily. You need to have a good manner with customers and be able to identify and provide solutions to plumbing and heating needs.
