We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant's to join our team.
As a team member you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents. Your main responsibility, will be to assist residents with their daily personal care needs, wellbeing and lifestyle choices.

We are currently offering Care Assistant's who would like either contracted hours every week or who would like to take on a bank role, preferring to work as needed and does not have a fixed contract for set hours. The care shifts are 7am-3:15pm and 3pm - 10pm.
Duties-
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents
- Assist at meal times
- Assisting with mobilising around the home and local community
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is highly desirable
- Familiarity with care plans and case management is a plus
- Experience in care home settings is beneficial

Pay: £14.05-£15.90 per hour
