Site Manager – New Build Housing Development, Dorchester
Jordan & Faber Ltd are looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to oversee the construction of a six-house residential development in Dorchester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and health and safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing new build residential projects
- Hands-on and proactive approach
- Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Good understanding of health and safety, quality control and site documentation
- Ability to manage the project from commencement through to completion
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Dorset-based contractor on a local residential project.
Pay: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
