Sales Membership Consultant
Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours)
Location: Hybrid role based across our Manchester and Cheshire studios, focused on lead conversion, outbound sales and membership growth, with regular in-studio presence.
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 DOE plus uncapped monthly commission and performance incentives.

Essential
- Previous experience in sales, membership sales, telesales or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and following up leads.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate confidently with prospective clients.
- Confidence handling objections and closing sales.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing lead pipelines.
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
Desirable
- Experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality or membership-based businesses.
- Knowledge of Reformer Pilates or a genuine interest in health and wellbeing.
- Experience selling training programmes, courses or educational services.
THE ROLE
This is a sales-focused role responsible for converting leads into introductory offer purchases, memberships and teacher training enrolments.
You'll proactively contact new and existing leads, follow up enquiries, manage your sales pipeline and ensure every opportunity is maximised. A significant part of your week will be spent making outbound calls, nurturing leads and guiding prospective clients towards the most suitable membership or programme.
Using phone, email, SMS and CRM systems, you'll build relationships, overcome objections and confidently convert enquiries into sales. You'll also identify opportunities to upgrade memberships and increase client engagement across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, achieving targets and delivering measurable results.
