- Salary £30,525pa
- Basic 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable General Repairs Operative to help us deliver high‑quality construction projects and maintenance services across our properties and communities as well as programmed testing and compliance projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a repairs or maintenance role.
- CSCS card essential or to be willing to complete this within your first 6 months of employment.
- Experience of basic plastering and joinery.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team across all KWL departments.
- A full, clean, valid driving licence.
- Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and digital job systems.
- Reliability, strong attendance, and a positive work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Using your multi‑trade skills wherever possible (e.g., joinery, plastering, tiling).
- Working from specifications, drawings, and worksheets to complete tasks accurately.
- Collaborating effectively with other trades to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Communicating directly with customers on site to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
