Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Revely — Fully Managed B2B Sales Development Agency
About Revely
Revely is a Go-To-Market and Pipeline Generation service provider, helping founder-led SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, regtech, and AI companies build predictable pipeline; from Seed through Series A, across EMEA, the US, LATAM, GCC, and Australia. We embed as our clients' outbound engine: prospecting, booking qualified meetings, coaching their teams, and in some cases running as their fractional sales function entirely. We're a small, fast-moving team where the work you do has a direct, visible impact on our clients' growth.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to run outbound campaigns on behalf of our client portfolio. Depending on client need, you'll either manage multiple smaller accounts in parallel or go deep on one larger, high-volume campaign — so you'll need to be equally comfortable context-switching across sectors and messaging, or committing fully to mastering a single client's ICP and objection landscape. Either way, you're the front line of Revely's promise to clients: consistent, qualified pipeline.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach across one or more client campaigns
- Qualifying leads against each client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and booking SQLs/SALs (Sales/Sales Accepted Leads)
- Adapting messaging, scripts, and positioning to fit each client's sector, buyer personas, and competitive landscape
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date — call notes, lead status, next steps
- Working closely with Revely's account leads to refine playbooks based on what's converting and what isn't
- Hitting monthly SAL/meeting targets tied to client campaign goals
- Flagging patterns from the field, objections, messaging that's landing or falling flat — to help sharpen Revely's playbooks over time
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience preferred — but we'll seriously consider driven entry-level candidates with the right attitude and coachability
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections; not afraid of a "no"
- Strong written communication, you'll be writing cold emails and LinkedIn messages that need to land in inboxes, not spam folders
- Organised and self-directed; agency work means managing your own pipeline across accounts without someone hovering over you
- Genuine curiosity about B2B tech (SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, regtech, AI) — you don't need deep expertise on day one, but you should enjoy learning how different businesses sell
- Resilient and coachable — outbound is a numbers game, and the best SDRs treat every call as a chance to improve
What You'll Get
- [Base salary — depending on experience]
- Commission structure tied to SALs/meetings booked
- Remote first company
- Direct coaching and mentorship from Revely's founders, this isn't a role where you're thrown in and left alone
- Real variety: exposure to multiple industries and company stages rather than one product forever
- A genuine path to progression; strong SDRs at an agency like Revely often move into Account Executive, client success, or specialist coaching roles
Pay: £24,420.00-£40,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Company events
- Work from home
