CruiseProduct Assistant
Award-winning CruiseKings and Scotland's Cruise Centre are part of the Brooklyn Travel Group, a trusted travel business with over 50 years of experience and more than 500 travel professionals across the UK. We are looking for a Cruise Product Assistant to support our growing cruise operation
This role will be full-time, hybrid, or office-based (Ayr, Scotland).
This is a varied and exciting position involving, product development, commercial analysis, and market research. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, sourcing competitive cruise offers, and creating compelling products that drive sales and enhance our customer proposition. You will be assisting the team in updating pricing and general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing
- Proactively source exclusive cruise offers and promotions for marketing activity.
- Work with the marketing team to communicate cruise product to be promote
- Pricing updates ready for delivery
Product Development & Innovation

Create compelling cruise and stay packages and bespoke itineraries.
- Identify and develop new product opportunities based on customer demand and market trends.
- Produce clear and engaging product briefs for internal teams.
Market Insight & Data Analysis

Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
- Analyse sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Internal Product Champion

Act as the key link to delivering focus cruise product to the sales teams.
- Ensure colleagues are fully informed about new products, promotions, and supplier developments.
Training & Support

Help develop cruise knowledge and confidence across the wider team.
- Support colleagues with product and destination expertise.
Qualities & Skills
We're looking for someone who is:
A Natural Communicator
You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Administrative Skills
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passionate About Travel
You have a genuine enthusiasm for travel and delivering exceptional holiday experiences.
Basic cruise experience and understanding is necessary for this role. Full training and support will be provided.
