MJS Garage Services | Lurgan | Full-Time | Basic Salary + Monthly Target Bonus
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Lurgan team a customer-facing role at the heart of our garage and sales operation. You'll be the main link between our customers, the workshop, and our sales team, making sure every job runs smoothly from booking to invoice.
What you'll be doing:
- Making bookings and creating job sheets for technicians
- Liaising with the workshop team to keep jobs moving and customers updated
- Processing parts in and parts returns
- Working with the sales department to allocate sales vehicles into the workshop for prep
- Invoicing customers and taking payment
- Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout we are a very customer focused business
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a customer service or service advisor role (automotive/garage experience preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills confident dealing with customers, technicians and sales staff alike
- Well organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
