Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) – Baby & Toddler Rooms

Hours: Flexible options available (Term-Time Only considered, or All-Year-Round with holiday working hours)

The Opportunities
Due to our growing family of children, we are looking for two passionate, qualified Practitioners to join us. We have dedicated openings across two key spaces:
- The Baby Room: Creating a serene, secure, and stimulating sensory world for our youngest occupants.
- The Toddler Room: Fuelling curiosity, active play, and early independence for our busy toddlers.
While your primary placement will match your natural strengths and passion, our close team works collaboratively, meaning duties and rooms may interchange from time to time to support one another.
Who We Are Looking For
We are not just looking for someone to fill a rota gap; we want someone who is genuinely invested in early years education. You should apply if:

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care, play, and learning experiences tailored to the needs of babies or toddlers.
- Act as a Key Person, building trusting relationships with parents and tracking children’s development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and beautifully organized environment.
- Implement standard safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS guidelines seamlessly.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to keep your skills sharp.
