We’re looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Event Manager to join our Liverpool team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll interact with guests, support event activities and help deliver positive experiences from start to finish.
No previous event management experience is required — full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
What You'll Get Involved With
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events
- Welcoming and engaging with guests professionally
- Assisting with event set-up, coordination and on-the-day activities
- Communicating with customers, guests and team members
- Supporting event promotions and engagement activities
- Helping resolve questions and issues during events
- Coordinating with colleagues to keep activities running smoothly
- Gathering customer feedback and supporting post-event follow-up
- Developing your organisation, communication and leadership skills
