Domestic House Cleaner (Full UK Driving Licence Required)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Domestic House Cleaner with a full UK driving licence to join our growing team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services to private homes and commercial offices across Aberdeen.
The successful candidate will be issued with a Goldstar company vehicle to travel to clients' homes and office locations throughout Aberdeen.
Previous experience in domestic housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. If you have a positive attitude, take pride in your work, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough cleaning of private homes and commercial premises, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitising kitchens and bathrooms.
- Complete specialised cleaning tasks, such as organising spaces or carefully cleaning delicate items when required.
- Safely drive a company vehicle to transport yourself and, where required, a colleague to designated client locations.
- Arrive punctually for all scheduled appointments and maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation at every property.
- Follow all health and safety procedures while carrying out cleaning duties and operating the company vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their individual cleaning requirements and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or concerns to management promptly.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in domestic, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record (essential).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves standing, bending, lifting, and carrying out cleaning duties throughout the day.
