The Opportunity

The Role
As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that our luxury suites, public spaces, and staff areas are kept immaculate, tidy, and welcoming.
- Luxury Room Styling: Clean, dust, vacuum, and systematically reset guest rooms and bathrooms to our uncompromising luxury standards.
- Turn-Down & Presentation: Handle premium linen and fabric care, ensuring beds are perfectly dressed and guest amenities are fully replenished.
- Spotless Public Areas: Maintain the pristine presentation of reception, corridors, and relaxation spaces.
- Guest Interaction: Handle occasional guest requests with a warm, professional, and excellent customer service approach.
Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Attention to Detail: An eye for perfection and the ability to notice and correct small cleanliness issues.
- Time Management: Capable of working efficiently to meet room turnaround deadlines without dropping standards.
- Physical Stamina: Able to comfortably perform tasks that involve standing, bending, walking, and lifting throughout the day.
- Team Player: A reliable individual who works excellently independently but is always ready to support colleagues.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning protocols, deep-cleaning techniques, and safe chemical use (COSHH awareness/certification is a bonus).
