About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Production Operative to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, production work, stock management, and order fulfilment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are produced accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dye sublimation printing equipment to produce high-quality products.
- Carry out sewing and garment alteration work, including machine operation and finishing.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Receive, check, and book in deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control procedures.
- Update production and inventory information using internal systems.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products.
- Keep the warehouse and production areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Experience with dye sublimation printing.
- Sewing/tailoring experience, including use of industrial sewing machines.
- Previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
- Experience with stock management and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
Desirable
- Experience within promotional merchandise, textile, garment decoration, or print production environments.
- Knowledge of courier booking systems and dispatch procedures.
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
