Guest Experience & Sales Advisor — Flip Out Watford
Are you a strong salesperson who thrives on talking to people and closing? Do you love a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your results are directly in your own hands? We are looking for a confident, sales-driven Guest Experience & Sales Advisor to join the team at Flip Out Watford.
This is primarily a sales role. Guest experience is at the heart of everything we do, but sales performance is how we measure success in this position. If you are motivated by targets and driven by results, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
As our Guest Experience & Sales Advisor you will be the first and last impression guests have of Flip Out Watford. You will confidently present our products and packages and actively convert guest interactions into sales on every shift.
The right person will walk into a conversation with a customer and walk out with a sale — naturally and confidently. You will have targets, be measured on results, and your commission will reflect exactly how well you perform. There is also an opportunity to take on an outreach day each week — engaging with local businesses, organisations and community groups to grow our reach.
Alongside your sales focus you will also work on reception, welcoming guests, processing bookings and ensuring every visitor has a great experience from the moment they arrive.

- Someone who leads by example and raises the standard around them
The practical stuff
- This is a zero-hours contract, but for the right candidate consistent hours are available every week.
- During term time your core hours will be Friday evenings, all day Saturday and all day Sunday.
- During school holidays — including the summer holidays which run for six to seven weeks — your availability is required Monday to Sunday. This significantly increases your weekly hours and earnings during our busiest and most exciting period of the year.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over
