Goldcrest Healthcare Service is URGENTLY requiring part time care and support workers in Ealing and Acton Areas. We are currently recruiting care staff who can work around NORTHOLT and adjacent localities. Please note this vacancy is specifically for ETHIOPIAN or ERITIEAN speaking staff due to requirements of service user needs. This job is ideal for those who have spare time during morning and eveings. Candidates can also chose whether they wants to work in the mornings or evenings or both the time slots near to their homes.
Goldcrest Healthcare offers Real Living Wage i.e £14.80 which is reviewed upwardly every year. Car drivers are compensated with TRAVEL TIME and Bus Passes to care staff who travel by public transport.
You will be helping people in their own homes getting to know the clients and their interests and needs. Assisting with personal care tasks i.e personal hygiene, nutrition, consentience, medication and Domestics.The job may also involve assisting clients to access the community and escorting to schools and attend appointments.
We encourage personal growth and want to see all employees maximize their potential. For this reason, we provide requisite training to those new to care work. Though we prefer at least 6 months experience and NVQ level 2 in health and social care (or studying towards).
