Office Manager (Immediate Start Available)
Salary £40,000 – £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Not a normal job.
We make bespoke curtains, blinds and soft furnishings for some of the best hotels and residences in the world. Sounds glamorous. Sometimes it is. More often it's solving problems, moving fast and making impossible deadlines happen.
This role sits across everything.
Sales one day. Operations the next. Client meetings. Site visits. Marketing. Logistics. Procurement. Recruitment. Systems. Whatever needs doing.
We're a small team, which means nobody hides behind a job title.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who naturally takes ownership.
- Commercially sharp.
- Exceptionally organised.
- Comfortable making decisions without waiting to be told.
- Able to communicate with luxury designers, suppliers and contractors.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems more than talking about them.
- High standards. Low ego.
We don't mind where you've worked.
You might come from hospitality, construction, interiors, luxury retail, project management or somewhere completely different.
What matters is judgement, pace and the ability to learn quickly.
You'll get exposure to every part of the business.
Some days you'll be preparing a proposal for a five-star hotel. Other days you'll be chasing a supplier, improving a process, visiting a site, speaking to a client or helping launch a new business.
