Role Overview
Drive commercial growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and business development initiatives.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities aligned with organisational objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored partnership proposals and growth strategies.
- Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyse engagement data.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contractual terms to ensure mutual benefit.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed reports on partnership performance, market insights, and growth metrics for senior management.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Experience
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnership roles within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrable proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and other CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and account management processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data effectively to inform strategic decision-making.
- Experience working within a fast-growing organisation is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £85,000.00 per year
