THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Assistant Spa Manager to look after day-to-day operations in our Wild Wellness Spa Team. Ideally you have excellent interpersonal skills, are well organised, professional and possess a passion for the outdoors and making people happy. We pride ourselves on being guest-focused and with a strong hospitality motivation.
Experience in this type of environment is desired. The successful candidates will be reporting to the Waterfront and Wellness Operations Manager.
THE ROLE
As the first point of contact for your team and guests, you will look after the day-to-day supervising, maintenance and development of our 2 HotBox Spas. The responsibilities include liaising with Operations & General Manager of the Resort to drive sales opportunities and recruitment, daily admin work and communications with the guests of the resort, responding to customer enquiries/complaints and managing the booking system.
Part of the role is also organizing retail product orders and liaising with laundry and spa equipment suppliers and maintenance & housekeeping team.

Skills required: -
* Experience within the hospitality sector is desirable.
* Ability to lead, train & develop staff to continue to drive HotBox spa offer, sales & standards.
* Adaptable, organised and able to operate within a fast-paced environment.
* Fully compliant with Health & Safety & compliance legislation.
* Attention to detail, passion for outdoors and great customer service are main aspects of the role.
* Valid UK/EU driver's license
This is a very exciting time at Taymouth Marina and The HotBox Spa’s. The HotBox’s have become the focal points for our resort and has helped us highlight and put emphasis on our ethos for #WildWellness by showing a fun approach to hot & cold therapy. We are opening our second HotBox this summer and this role will cover both locations.
