Make a Real Impact as a Children and Adult Wellbeing Worker in The Wirral!
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Children and Adult Wellbeing Workers who are passionate about providing vital support to children with complex needs and offering outreach care to adults. This is a chance to truly change lives and offer meaningful support where it’s needed most.
What We Offer:
- £12.80/hour on weekdays, £13.75/hour on weekends, and £20.00/hour on bank holidays
- 38p per mile to help with travel costs
- Flexible hours available between 8am - 7pm, Monday - Sunday (weekend only available too)
- Ongoing training and development to support your personal and professional growth
Your Role:
You'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate support across a range of activities, including:
- Helping adults with learning and physical disabilities with daily tasks, from attending appointments, medication and managing budgets, to cooking and household chores
- Supporting children after school with physical and learning disabilities, supporting with communication needs, and enjoying fun activities out in the community such as soft play, bowling, and visits to country parks
What We’re Looking For:
- A kind-hearted, patient, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering top-quality care and a professional, trustworthy approach in clients’ homes
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own insured vehicle
