Job Advertisement: Fibrous Plasterer

We are currently hiring a motivated individual to join our team as a Fibrous Plasterer, with an immediate start available. We can offer a career in a very niche and rewarding industry, where you will have the chance to work on some of the finest buildings and properties in the country. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Position: Fibrous Plasterer Start Date: Immediate Location: Workshop in Kirkby, Liverpool & Job sites across the North West Salary: Competitive, depending on skill level Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (hours vary depending on the job). Weekend work is available.
About the Role
As a Fibrous Plasterer, you will learn the art of manufacturing, installing and restoring ornate decorative plaster features, including cornices, ceiling roses, and other intricate designs.
We also work with fibreglass and cast stone and pride ourselves in being able to manufacture anything the client can think of
Your role will involve working both in our Kirkby workshop and on various construction sites across the North West, ensuring all tasks meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Please note: This role includes working both indoors and outdoors, manual labour, and working at height.Requirements
- Travel: Ability to get to various locations across the North West is essential; driving is a major bonus.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided, with wages scaling based on your developing skill level.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and dedication to producing high-quality results.
- Reliability: Punctuality and readiness to adapt to varying site hours.
- Precision: Excellent attention to detail and a steady hand for intricate work.
- Physicality: Job role is physically demanding and involves manual labour.
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of construction tools and materials is a plus.
