Inclusive Care Support provides high-quality Supported Accommodation for young adults aged 16–25, most of whom are leaving care and preparing for independent adulthood.
We support young people with a variety of needs including emotional and behavioural challenges, low-level learning needs, mild mental health difficulties, and vulnerabilities associated with transitioning into independence.
