We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services that enhance their appearance and confidence. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services, hair extensions are desirable but not essential
- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences.
- Recommend hairstyles and treatments based on clients’ facial features, hair type, and lifestyle.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and tools.
- Keep up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques,
- Ensure excellent customer service to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Adhere to all salon policies, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or similar role.
- Certificate in Level 2 Hairdressing, Level 3 is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of a wide range of hair techniques and treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and attention to detail.
