As a Veterinary Surgeon with us, you will:
- Deliver excellent clinical care across consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries
- Communicate with clarity, empathy, and openness

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- RCVS Registered, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Confident working independently and capable of sole charge
- Excited by the opportunity to help a new, mission-driven venture succeed
- Passionate about contextualised patient and client care
- Calm, resilient, and professional in a busy clinical environment
- Eager to develop yourself and support the growth of the team

- £1500 CPD allowance + 5 CPD days
- 2-day-a-week schedule, Monday and Tuesday or Thursday and Friday (plus 1 in 4 Saturdays), averaging 20.5 hours
- Salary up to £31,159.18 (FTE £60,798.40 for 40 hours)
- 15-minute consults as standard, with protected admin time to support wellbeing and workflow
