We are excited to be taking on the iconic The Boathouse in Widbrook, Bradford on Avon, and we’re looking for a passionate and reliable Line Chef to join our kitchen team as we transform it into the flagship destination of the area.

The Role
As a Line Chef, you’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, supporting the day-to-day food operation and ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards.
You’ll work closely with the Kitchen Manager and wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality food in a busy service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Assist with food prep and stock rotation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Ensure food is presented to a high standard before service
About You
- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role with a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
- Passion for food and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
