Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee daily operations . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to children’s needs, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Duties
- Manage the overall running of the children’s home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organisational policies.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate care staff to deliver exceptional support and care services.
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans in collaboration with children, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Monitor the wellbeing of children, ensuring their safety, health, and emotional needs are met effectively.
- Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to maintain high standards of practice and professional development.
- Liaise with external agencies such as social services, healthcare professionals, and educational providers to support children's holistic development.
- Ensure the home maintains a welcoming environment that promotes positive behaviour and personal growth.
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, staff rotas, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Pay: From £69,000.00 per year
