Overview
We are seeking a motivated Motorcycle Delivery Driver / Cross-Functional Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering goods efficiently while providing excellent customer service and supporting various operational tasks within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating effectively with team members. Responsibilities
- Deliver orders promptly and safely to customers across designated routes using a motorcycle.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition, including regular checks and basic maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing professional service and addressing any queries or concerns politely.
- Support other team functions as required, including inventory management, loading/unloading goods, and assisting with store operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations during deliveries and within the workplace to ensure a safe environment for all.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid motorcycle licence with a clean driving record.
- Organised, reliable, and punctual with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple deliveries.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is important.
