Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Skilled Multi-Trader to join our construction team. Duties
- Perform multiple trades including carpentry, tiling, painting, plumbing, and electrical work as required by project specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks with precision and safety
- Fabricate custom components and structures to specifications using appropriate techniques and materials
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of building systems such as electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work sequences and ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship adheres to safety standards and project requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical work, or related fields
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction trades. Must have own tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, or working at heights safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
- Valid certifications or licenses relevant to trades performed (e.g., welding certification, electrical license) are preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
