Job Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join a marketing agency in Manchester. The successful candidate will be someone who is creative, confident, and organised, with strong digital skills and a passion for storytelling. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety in your work and be excited by the opportunity to work on high-profile office projects across Manchester city centre and the Northwest, Birmingham and Leeds.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of marketing activity for several office schemes, helping to establish them as premium destinations for the business community while driving commercial success for our clients. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the wider team.
Duties
- Create content for social media channels, websites and email campaigns
- Create and monitor paid social media ads
- Write copy for social media, websites, newsletters and marketing materials
- Support the creation of brochures, presentations and leasing collateral
- Write briefs for graphic designers, photographers and videographers
- Film and edit professional video content tailored for digital platforms
- Draft and issue press releases, liaising with media and PR contacts
- Develop and maintain brand identity and tone of voice for individual assets
- Build and manage relationships with clients, occupiers, property managers and agents
- Manage budgets and report on campaign performance
- Plan and deliver small-scale events (<100 attendees)
- Procure and manage external suppliers in person and on the phone
- Produce reports to evaluate and improve campaign success
Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Degree in Marketing, English, or related field
- 1 year experience in a marketing role - all professional services considered
- Strong video content creation and editing skills
- Experience with CMS, Mailchimp and social media management tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with flawless spelling and grammar
- Confident in liaising with clients, agents, and property managers this is a must
- Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Social media and trend aware, with an understanding of LinkedIn
- Creative thinker with a good eye for design
- Team player, proactive, and able to work independently
- Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude
